Police received bomb threat in Chandigarh District Court, started search operation

The police had received a bomb threat to the district court complex. After which a search operation has been started by the police in the premises of the district court on Tuesday afternoon.

A senior Chandigarh Police official said that the Chandigarh Police had received information from the control room that there could be a bomb inside the court premises. After getting the information, the police have started a massive search operation.

Following the bomb threat, the court complex in Sector 43, Chandigarh has been evacuated keeping in view the security. Police deployment has been increased in the surrounding area. The search operation of the police is going on. The Chandigarh Police had received a threat call that I would blow up the Sector 43 complex. Police launched a search operation in the Chandigarh district court complex in the afternoon after receiving a call that there was a bomb threat. Officials gave this information.
