President Putin briefed Prime Minister Modi on the recent developments regarding Ukraine. The PM reiterated his long-standing belief that differences between Russia and NATO can only be resolved through honest dialogue. According to the PMO, PM Modi appealed to Putin to stop the violence and tension immediately. He called on all sides to make efforts to return to the path of diplomatic dialogue.
