Along with this, the PM also raised the issue of Vijay Mallya, and Nirav Modi, who has taken refuge in Britain. He demanded the British government speed up the process of their extradition.
At the same time, Modi invited Sunak to the G-20 summit to be held in September. On this, Sunak also reiterated Britain's support for India's chairmanship of the G-20.

PM Modi told Sunak that at present some anti-India elements in Britain are openly taking the law into their hands, which is worrying. Strict action should be taken against such criminals. In response, Sunak assured that there would be no lapse in the security of Indian embassies in Britain. He further said that the Indian High Commission attack in London can never be accepted.

PM Modi also discussed with Sunak the economic relations between India and the UK. Both had a long discussion on the India-UK Roadmap 2030. Along with this, PM Modi said that some people have looted the government treasury of India and hid in Britain. Extradite such criminals as soon as possible so that they can be punished according to the law of India.
