PM Modi said- Drone technology is going to give employment, by 2030 India will become 'Drone Hub'
The Prime Minister said that I am impressed by the drone exhibition. By 2030, India will become a drone hub. He said, in every stall I went to today, everyone used to proudly say that this is Make in India.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday inaugurated the two-day Drone Festival 2022 at Pragati Maidan in Delhi. During this he also inspected the exhibition.
The Prime Minister said that this festival is not just about drones, it is a celebration of New India - New Governance. The enthusiasm that is being seen in India regarding drone technology is amazing. This energy is visible, it is a reflection of the quantum jump in the drone service and drone based industry in India. The PM said, this energy shows the potential of an emerging large sector of employment generation in India. This was the time eight years ago, when we started implementing new mantras of good governance in India, he said.
Prime Minister Modi said that the earlier governments considered technology to be part of the problem. Attempts were made to prove him as anti-poor. Due to this, there was an atmosphere of indifference regarding the use of technology in governance before 2014. The poorest suffered the most, the deprived and the middle class suffered the most. He said, through technology, we can move ahead and achieve the goal of Antyodaya.
