PM Modi Himachal Rally: The PM Modi calls Congress the first Scam and the biggest corrupt

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the biggest corrupt are those who call themselves staunch honest. Never trust Congress. After independence, the first scam of the country was done by the Congress in the defense sector itself. Congress has eaten a lot of brokerage during its tenure. Congress never wanted that the country should become self-sufficient in defense equipment. Congress wanted commission in defense deals.
