PM Modi gave farewell dinner for President Ram Nath Kovind
While President Kovind will host a dinner in honor of future President Murmu on Sunday. The Vice President, PM, Cabinet Ministers and all the veteran leaders of the opposition will be present on this occasion.

Ram Nath Kovind, who rose from the ground, became the 14th President of the country, is now preparing to bid farewell from Rashtrapati Bhavan. On July 25, 2017, the term of Kovind, who became the 14th President of the country, ends on Sunday. On this occasion, PM Modi organized a dinner in his honor in which many dignitaries attended. Padma awardees including Union Ministers, Chief Ministers and prominent leaders also attended the dinner event.
The Vice President, Lok Sabha Speaker, all the ministers of the Modi cabinet were present in the farewell banquet. While President Kovind will host a dinner in honor of future President Murmu on Sunday. The Vice President, PM, Cabinet Ministers and all the veteran leaders of the opposition will be present on this occasion.
Even after passing two years in the Kovid epidemic, his tenure will be remembered for many important achievements. However, Draupadi will replace Murmu Kovind. As the President of India, he made state visits to 33 countries. The highest state honors were received from Madagascar, Equatorial Guinea, Eswatini, Croatia, Bolivia and the Republic of Guinea.
Terming education as a tool of social empowerment, Kovind has been a supporter of more active participation of women in nation building and has been calling for creating more opportunities for the underprivileged sections of the society, especially the disabled and orphans. Referring to his simple background, Kovind had said that he grew up in a mud house in a small village and his journey till becoming the President was long. Kovind's achievements as governor made him a strong contender for the presidency in 2017. He became the second Dalit after KR Narayanan to hold the top constitutional post.
