There was a lot of uproar in both the Houses of the Parliament, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha on Thursday. Due to the uproar, the proceedings of the House have now been adjourned till Friday morning. The BJP is attacking the Congress over Rahul Gandhi's statement in London, while the opposition parties are attacking the government for demanding a JPC on the Adani issue.

Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju has attacked Rahul Gandhi. "If Rahul Gandhi's statement causes difficulties to the Congress, we have nothing to do with it, but if he defames the country, we as citizens of this country will not remain silent," he said.
On the third day of Parliament's proceedings i.e. on Wednesday also, the Congress was on the aggressor over the demand of JPC on the Adani-Hindenburg dispute. Due to this, the proceedings of the Parliament could not continue even on the third day. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar appealed to MPs from both the ruling and opposition sides to remain calm and participate in the proceedings of the House. Birla warned the opposition MPs who were creating ruckus by carrying placards that placards and sloganeering cannot be allowed in the House, but his appeal remained ineffective.
