Pakistan's Anti Terror Court has sentenced terrorist Hafiz Saeed to 31 years in jail in illegal funding case. The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 340,000 while ordering the confiscation of all the properties of Hafiz Saeed.

Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JUD) chief Hafiz has been declared a global terrorist by the United Nations.
The US has placed a bounty of US$10 million for that. Judge Ejaz Butter of the Anti-Terrorism Court, while hearing the hearing, sentenced Hafiz to this harsh punishment. These cases were registered by the CID of Pakistan against Hafiz and others.
Hafiz is a wanted criminal in the 2008 Mumbai terror attack. 161 people were killed in this attack. In 2020 too, Hafiz Saeed was sentenced to 15 years in jail by the Anti Terror Court in the terror funding case.
