NVS Class 6 Admission 2023: Application starts for admission in class VI in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas

Important update for parents / guardians who want to enroll their children in class 6 in Navodaya Vidyalayas. The application process for admission to class VI during the year 2023-24 in 649 Navodaya Vidyalayas located in different states across the country has been started by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS). NVS Navodaya Vidyalaya will give admission in class 6th through 'Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST)', so parents should prepare for this entrance test for their child's Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission 2023.

Parents can apply for admission of their child in class 6 entrance test JNVST 2023 through the active link on the official website of NVS, navodaya.gov.in or the direct link given below. Parents do not have to pay any fee for registration. However, before the application, the scanned copy of the prescribed documents should be saved in advance on your laptop or computer. These documents include child's photo, child's signature, parent's signature, Aadhaar card, residence certificate.

However, before applying for NVS Class 6 Admission, parents must know the eligibility criteria set by the committee. As per the NVS Class 6 JNVST 2023 Prospectus, registration can be done only for those students who are registered in class 5 during the year 2022-23. In the earlier year, application cannot be made for the students of fifth class. Also, the students must have been born not earlier than 1st May 2011 and not later than 30th April 2013.
