North East Team of Seelampur arrests Two Notorious Auto Lifters, recovers a stolen Motorcycle and one Scooty
In a major development, the North East Team of Seelampur Police arrested two notorious Auto Lifters and recovered one Scooty, and one motorcycle. The accused have been identified as Anmol (24), and Dilshad (26).

New Delhi: In a major development, the North East Team of Seelampur Police arrested two notorious Auto Lifters, and recovered one Scooty, and one motorcycle. The accused have been identified as Anmol (24), and Dilshad (26). As per the Police, the accused have had previous criminal involvements.
As per Sanjay Kumar Sain, Dy. Commissioner of Police, North East Delhi said that “ On the 23rd of April, a police team comprising ASI Satish, HC Jaivir and HC Navneesh during patrolling at GT Road, Near bus stand Seelampur, Delhi, randomly stopped two-person riding on a TVS Apache motorcycle, and asked them the documents related to the ownership of the motorcycle, which they could not provide and tried to bluff the police team.”
Mr. Sain further added that “On checking, the motorcycle was found to be stolen and a complaint was registered under Section 379 IPC, PS Laxmi Nagar Delhi. Accordingly, they were apprehended. Their identity was established as Anmol (24), and Dilshad (26). They confessed to their crime and revealed their involvement in other cases of auto lifting. On sustained interrogation, Anmol was previously found involved in 03 cases however 29 cases surfaced against Dilshad. The Police were able to recover a Stolen Apache Motorcycle and a Stolen Activa Scooty. As per the Police Officials, further investigation is under process.
