In the month of April last year, Imran Khan was thrown out of power after losing a vote of no confidence in his leadership. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan himself is on the streets to protest against his ouster, which he has termed as a pre-planned US-backed regime change campaign against his government. Non-bailable arrest warrants against Imran Khan in several ongoing court cases have been issued by the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad and a sessions court in Quetta, Balochistan.
