Noida to launch 122 Residential plots this Navratri

The Noida Authority will launch a residential project this week comprising 122 lots. include 33, 34, 35, 41, 44, 51, 53, 61, 71, 72, 93B and 105. The prices per square meter of the lots vary between Rs 64,790 and Rs 1.88 lakh. The online bidding process after document evaluation and payment of the necessary fees and taxes will start from December 16 and the mission will take place on December 27.

Noida Authority Special Duty Officer Jyotsna Yadav said, “We hope to generate a good response in the market. People have inquired about residential projects. Around 122 lots have been identified and will be launched this week.

In another development, the Noida Authority decided to deploy female security personnel to its major factories. The Authority will host an event to present letters of appointment to more than two dozen women who had recently been inducted into the services.
