The central government can implement all the four new labor codes from July 1. These labor codes are related to wages, social security, industrial relations and occupational safety.
Under the new rules, 8-9 hours of working will be reduced to 12 hours. At the same time, the leave available for two days will also be increased to three days. Similarly the Industrial Relations Code 2020 (Industrial Relations Code, 2020), Code on Social Security 2020 (Code on Social Security, 2020) and Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code 2020 (Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020).
