NEET UG 2024 Counselling Registrations Start Today at mcc.nic.in: Step-by-Step Guide to Apply

NEET UG 2024 Counselling Registrations: The NEET UG 2024 counselling registration fee for General/OBC/EWS candidates is Rs 1,000 while for SC/ST/PwD candidates the registration fee is Rs 500.

NEET UG 2024 Counselling Registrations Start Today

NEET UG 2024 Counselling Registrations: The NEET UG 2024 counselling registrations begin today, August 14 by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

Eligible candidates who wish to apply for the NEET UG course round 1 counselling have to visit the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee i.e. mcc.nic.in.

The deadline for the NEET UG 2024 counselling registrations is on August 20. The payment portal for the fees will also open on August 14 and will close on August 20.

NEET UG 2024 counselling will allow eligible candidates to apply for MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) and BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) seats.

There are two types of fees that candidates who want to apply for Medical, Dental, or B.Sc. nursing have to pay, candidates have to pay a deemed university fee of Rs 5,000 and a refundable security deposit of Rs 2,00,000.

The NEET UG 2024 Counselling: Important Dates

The process of choice filling will start on August 16 and will continue till August 20. The seat allotment process will begin on August 21 and continue till August 22 and the round 1 allotment status will be declared on August 23.

Eligible candidates who have been allotted seats in their chosen institutions have to report to the college authorities between August 24 to August 29.

From August 30 to August 31, all the personal and educational details of the allotted candidate will be verified by the college authorities.

Candidates who have cleared the NEET UG 2024 examination can apply for round 1 NEET UG 2024 counselling.

Step-by-Step Guide to Apply For NEET UG 2024 Counselling Registrations

To apply for round 1 of NEET UG 2024 counselling, candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

  • First, candidates need to visit the official website of MCU i.e. mcc.nic.in.
  • On the homepage, search for the link ‘NEET UG 2024 counselling’ and click on it.
  • Fill in all your registration info and click on submit.
  • Then, log in to your profile.
  • Fill all the required details in your application form and upload the documents.
  • Then select the payment option and pay the application fees.
  • Review all your details and click on submit.
  • Download the application form and take a printout of it for further needs.

The NEET UG 2024 counselling registration fee for General/OBC/EWS candidates is Rs 1,000 while for SC/ST/PwD candidates the registration fee is Rs 500.
