Mumbai Police has detained a person from Darbhanga, Bihar for threatening to kill businessman Mukesh Ambani and his family. An official gave this information on Thursday.
A police team caught a suspect from Darbhanga district on Wednesday midnight and brought him to Mumbai. On Wednesday, an unidentified person called twice at the Sir HN Reliance Foundation hospital in south Mumbai and threatened to blow up the hospital and industrialist Mukesh Ambani's house 'Antilia' with a bomb, officials said. He told that the caller had also threatened to kill Mukesh Ambani and his family members.
This threatening phone call was given on the landline number of the hospital, after which there was an atmosphere of panic.
