Mrs World 2022: India's Navdeep Kaur's "Avant Garde" outfit wins the Best National Costume Title

In the Las Vegas of the United States of America, the Mrs World 2022 pageant is going on. Navdeep Kaur is representing India in the prestigious pageant. She won the title of Mrs Wold 2021, and went on to represent India at the global stage. For the National Costume round, Kaur wore an all-gold outfit conceptualised, designed and created by Eggie Jasmin. The exaggerated, avant-garde outfit won audience's heart and she took away the title of "Best National Costume."

The "avant garde" outfit was inspired by Kundalini Chakra, which "symbolises the movement of energy in chakras of the body from the base to the spine up through the crown". Avant Garde, which basically means different from the masses was beautifully promulgates by the cobra embellishments on the shoulder, which represented the "mystical serpent native to India". The golden colour was chosen as it represents novelty, power and glory.

The Mrs India's official Instagram Page posted on their official handle and announced the auspicious news. According to designer Eggie Jasmin's Facebook page, the extravagant costume was sprinkled with over 50,000 diamond rhinestones.
