Movie Coolie No 1, starring Sara Ali Khan, Varun Dhawan, will premiere on Amazon Prime

Bollywood movie Coolie No 1, which stars Sara Ali Khan and Varun Dhawan in the lead, will premiere on Amazon Prime. Its trailer will be released on November 28 at 12 pm.

Actor Varun Dhawan has announced it on his Twitter handle. He said the trailer would be released on Amazon Prime Video's Facebook and YouTube page.

Actress Sara Ali Khan, who is appearing on-screen with Varun Dhawan for the first time, wrote on her Instagram, "Be the first to watch the live trailer premiere of #CoolieNo1OnPrime, Nov 28, 12 PM on the Facebook and YouTube page of Amazon Prime Video."

Well-known movie critic Taran Adarsh also took to Twitter to share the information about its trailer release. Adarsh also confirmed that the movie will be premiered on December 25 on Amazon Prime.

It is believed that due to Covid-19 restrictions, the movie will not be released in cinema halls. In fact, its original release date was May 1 but during that time the country was under complete lockdown.

Coolie No 1 is the 45th film that David Dhawan has directed. The original movie, a comedy entertainer, released in 1995 was also directed by him but the lead actors were Govinda and Karisma Kapoor.

Paresh Rawal and Shikha Talsania are appearing as supporting stars in this adaptation version.

Varun Dhawan had earlier said that he was quite excited to work in the movie as he was very impressed with the original version. He also said that it was one of the funniest films that he has watched. According to him, the present one is an adapted version of the 1995 movie.
