Movement: Announcement of United Kisan Morcha- Will write to PM demanding committee for MSP guarantee bill; Mahapanchayat in Lucknow tomorrow

The movement of the United Kisan Morcha (SKM) will continue for the time being. This decision was taken in the SKM meeting on Sunday. Balveer Singh Rajewal and Jatinder Singh Virk, presidents of Bharatiya Kisan Union Rajewal told – A Mahapanchayat has been called in Lucknow on November 22. Many farmers are coming on 26th November. 27 will be considered about the next step of the movement.

Rajewal said - After the announcement of the Prime Minister, till now the government has not called for talks. The announcement of the Prime Minister is not welcome yet, because only an announcement has been made to repeal the law. Unless the MSP guarantee bill is brought in and other demands are not accepted, it will not be welcomed.

Rajewal further said – An open letter is being written to the Prime Minister. There will be some demands in this. These are- committee should be formed for MSP guarantee bill, balance electricity bill should be canceled and the law brought for stubble burning should be repealed. The struggle will continue till these demands are also not rescinded.

Kisan Mahapanchayat is going to be held in Lucknow on Monday. The front is adamant that all the three laws should be repealed in Parliament first. After this MSP guarantee bill should be brought, electricity amendment bill should be brought. Only after this the farmers will return home. The same demands will be made during the Mahapanchayat in Lucknow.
