Mohali court issues new arrest warrant against Tajinder Bagga

A day after the arrest and rescue of Tajinder Pal Bagga on Friday, 6 May, a Mohali court today ie on 7 May, the Punjab Police registered a case against him for arresting him and making provocative statements. In respect of which the production has been ordered. According to the report, the Punjab Police had arrested Tajinder Singh from Delhi in the same case, a day after the court's order came.

The Punjab Police today, on 7th May, approached the Mohali Court and obtained the arrest warrant of Tajinder. The FIR registered against Bagga on April 1 mentions that he was part of a protest by the BJP youth wing outside Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence. During this there was a ruckus outside Arvind Kejriwal's house and the gate of his house was painted saffron.
