Mock Drill on Corona Crisis across Country: Oxygen plant found closed in Ajmer, Bhopal Electricity Plant Damaged For Over A Month
The oxygen plant was found closed at Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital in Ajmer, Rajasthan, and instructions were given to start it soon.
Mock drill was done in Covid Health Centers across the country on Tuesday regarding preparations to deal with Corona. During this, preparations were found incomplete in many places to deal with Corona, while preparations were not done in many places. The oxygen plant was found closed at Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital in Ajmer, Rajasthan, and instructions were given to start it soon. On the other hand, during the mock drill in Bhopal's district hospital, it has come to light that there has been a power cut in the oxygen plant for one and a half months.
On Tuesday, 157 new cases came in the country, while 163 patients were cured. At the same time, one person died from Corona. Since the beginning of Corona till now, a total of 4.46 crore cases have come in the country. At the same time, 4.41 crore patients were cured. According to the data of the Ministry of Health, there are currently 2448 active cases in the country. So far more than 5 lakh people have died due to Corona in India.
A major lapse came to the fore during the mock drill at Jaypee Hospital, Bhopal's district hospital. One of the two oxygen plants installed in the hospital campus, the power supply cable of PSA plant was cut from behind. Due to the construction work of the new building of the hospital, the cable got cut and a major fault occurred in the PSA plant. The plant was closed for one and a half months.
In Lucknow, Deputy CM and Health Minister Brajesh Pathak saw a patient named Banwari shivering with cold in front of Brajesh Pathak hall number 311 as soon as he went to Balrampur hospital during the mock drill. The Deputy CM took off his shirt and put it on himself. Instructed Dr. GP Gupta, Chief Medical Superintendent of the nearby hospital, to treat the patient properly.
