Metro has taken out recruitment on all the posts including General Manager

Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has issued a notification for the recruitment of various posts including General Manager and Chief Vigilance Officer. Through this recruitment, candidates will be selected for a total of 14 posts at Metro.

These recruitments are being done for various trades. Eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of Chennai Metro, chennaimetrorail.org. The special thing is that appointments on 13 of these posts will be done on a contract basis.

Starting date for online application - is 20 April 2022 and the Last date for submission of online application- is 14 May 2022. The recruitment exam date is not yet decided.

Candidates applying for General Manager (Signaling & Telecom) should have BE or B.Tech degree in Electronics or Communication Engineering. For Additional General Manager (IT&AFC): Engineering degree in relevant field. Apart from this, for Joint General Manager (Architecture), candidates should have a B.Arch degree. Candidates should have at least 15 years of post-qualification experience in Architectural Design and Planning.
