Meghalaya Politics: BJP's clan increased in Meghalaya, four MLAs joined the party

West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee promised that after coming to power in Meghalaya, women of each family would be given one thousand rupees every month. He said that the government of Conrad Sangma has neglected women. Assembly elections are to be held in Meghalaya early next year. Mamta Banerjee's TMC has stepped up the preparations for this.
