MCD Election Results: Arvind Kejriwal will reach party headquarters as soon as victory is clear
In the elections held on December 4 in Delhi, 50.48 percent polling was recorded. There are 1,349 candidates in the fray in this election. The municipal elections saw a triangular contest between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), the BJP and the Congress.
Counting of votes is going on to declare the results of Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD Election). There is a close fight between AAP and BJP. BJP is ahead on 104 and AAP on 133 seats. The counting of votes has started from 8 am amid tight security. Made 42 centers for counting of votes.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will reach the party headquarters as soon as the MCD Election Results are clear. Along with Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, MPs Sanjay Singh, Raghav Chadha, Gopal Rai and all senior leaders will address the workers at the Aam Aadmi Party headquarters.
Aam Aadmi Party is currently monitoring the MCD election results at Arvind Kejriwal's house. Manish Sisodia and Raghav Chadha are present with Arvind Kejriwal. Balloons and festive posters are ready at the party office, the Aam Aadmi Party is in no mood to celebrate before the victory is confirmed.

This time the number of women candidates was the main attraction of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) elections. In 250 wards, 709 female candidates and 640 male candidates are in the fray for the post of corporator. 382 independents are contesting.
