Manish Sisodia came to the CBI office for questioning in the excise policy
The accused in this case, Vijay Nair, is AAP's strategist. He is not getting bail which clearly shows that a scam has happened and he is involved in it. In the press conference, he said that Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia should make public his relation with Nair, Arun Pillai, Sameer Mahendru and other accused.

Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia has left his house for questioning in the alleged liquor scam, towards the CBI office. During this, thousands of party workers have reached outside Sisodia's house to boost his morale. Keeping all this in mind, security agencies had expressed apprehension of a ruckus, due to which the administration deployed heavy security force outside Sisodia's house.
Before going to the CBI office for questioning, Manish Sisodia tweeted, "Today I am going to the CBI office again, I will cooperate fully in the entire investigation. The love of lakhs of children and the blessings of crores of countrymen are with me. Even if I have to stay in jail for a few months. So don't care. He is a follower of Bhagat Singh, Bhagat Singh went to the gallows for the country. Going to jail because of such false allegations is a small thing."

After Manish Sisodia's tweet, Delhi CM Kejriwal retweeted him and wrote – God is with you Manish. The prayers of lakhs of children and their parents are with you. When you go to jail for the country and society, then going to jail is not a curse, it is a glory. I pray to the Lord that you return from jail soon. Children, parents and we all of Delhi will be waiting for you.
Earlier, the CBI had called Sisodia for questioning in this matter on February 19 (Sunday), but then he, being the Finance Minister of Delhi, requested to give another date regarding the preparation and presentation of the budget, after which the CBI called Giving new dates, has been called for questioning on 26th February.
