Man held with live bullets at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport
The passenger and his wife were about to take a flight to Darbhanga on Monday

New Delhi: The Central Industrial Security Force, responsible for security, at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport held a passenger going to Darbhanga in Bihar. According to the official sources, It is alleged that he was carrying two live bullets in his luggage.
This man and his wife were about to take a flight on Monday afternoon but CISF personnel stopped them after they detected the ammunition during security checks at the terminal-3 of the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport.
Carrying arms and ammunition is banned inside an aircraft without proper permission. this passenger could not furnish a Government authorization for carrying the live bullets, he was offloaded and handed over to the local police that booked him under sections of the Arms Act.
