Mamata Banerjee claims- The campus of Cancer Hospital which was started by PM Modi today has already been inaugurated

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday delivered a virtual speech at the inauguration of the second campus of Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute, Kolkata. Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also attended the event, but even on this occasion she did not hesitate to attack the Centre.

Mamata  Banerjee said that I participated in this program because the Prime Minister himself was inaugurating it virtually. Further she said that it was necessary to tell her about the program in which the Prime Minister of the country is showing his interest. We started this program long back.

Along with this, Mamata Banerjee also said that the Prime Minister will be happy to know that we are funding 25% in this program and are also incurring many expenses. The state government is bearing 71% of the expenditure. We have also given 11 acres of land to build this campus.

Mamata said that I will also tell you when we inaugurated this campus. When Corona started, we needed a Covid Care Center. One day I came to this campus and saw that it is linked to the state government. That's why we inaugurated it.
