The police said that FIR was filed by the Station House Officer (SHO), Rajendra Prasad Singh, who lodged a complaint at Pakdi police station. The accused, identified as Lalu Yadav Sanjeev, was caught accepting laying traps through the FIR filed in compliance with Sections 353(2) and BNS. "In the FIR, it was mentioned how a complaint was registered by Mr. Avkush Kumar Singh on Monday on his latest post on the social networking platform X," the police added.
Singh claimed that the accused was alleged to be an associate of the Samajwadi Party in imparting false information via Facebook.
