Lufthansa Airlines pilots on strike, 700 passengers stranded at IGI airport, 800 flights canceled worldwide
There was tremendous uproar at Indira Gandhi International Airport. Lufthansa Airlines had two flights in Delhi, in which about 400 passengers were to go to Munich and Frankfurt. But when these passengers reached the airport, they came to know that their flights have been cancelled.
The pilots of Germany's Lufthansa Airlines have declared a one-day strike. Due to which 800 Lufthansa flights have been canceled worldwide today. Due to this, more than 1.25 lakh travel is disturbed. More than 700 passengers are also stranded at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport. Security personnel have been deployed inside the airport. The pilots are on a one-day strike demanding a pay hike.

Some students were also among the stranded passengers at the airport, who had to go abroad to give their exams. After getting stuck at the airport, the passengers raised slogans. After much uproar from the passengers, the airline has sent about two hundred passengers through another airline. However, still 500 passengers are stranded across the country.
