The sentence is expected to be announced at 12 noon. Apart from Lalu Yadav, 37 other convicts will also be sentenced in this big case of fodder scam.
Lalu Prasad Yadav is currently undergoing a treatment at Ranchi Rims. Here a laptop has been provided to him by the Hotwar jail administration. It has been tested. Internet connectivity has been arranged from mobile to laptop. Special Judge SK Shashi of CBI Court will pronounce the sentence.
On the other side, the jail management has also made elaborated arrangements in Hotwar jail. There all the culprits will be presented one by one in the video conferencing room. The court will sentence them. The convicts can also put their opinion online before the judge. It is to be known that on February 15, the CBI court had convicted all of them in the fodder scam case.
