Kim Jong got angry due to South Korea's military exercise, issued this decree

The ruler of North Korea, Kim Jong Un was so upset with South Korea's military exercise that he issued an order to fire shells. The North Korean army has received orders to fire shells into the sea. North Korea's military said it ordered artillery shells into the sea for the second day in a row in response to South Korean firing exercises in the inland border area. North Korea's move is expected to further strain relations between the two neighbors.

Pyongyang's action comes after the United States, South Korea and Japan announced symbolic sanctions on individuals and institutions in North Korea. All three countries have accused sanctioned individuals and institutions of illegally financing North Korea's nuclear weapons and missile programs. It was the first action since North Korea fired nearly 80 shells into the buffer zone on its side of the eastern coastal border on November 3.
