Khamenei Warns Israel ‘Made a Huge Mistake’ in Attack on Iran — says US Could Face ‘Irreparable Consequences’
Referring to Trump’s demand of “unconditional surrender”, Khamenei said: “Those who know Iran’s history know that Iranians do not answer well to the language of threat.”

Khamenei Warns Israel: Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran's Supreme Leader, issued a warning to both the U.S. and Israel on Wednesday amid the escalating regional conflict, proclaiming that Iran would not back down to threats and would not accept any resolution forced or dictated by any foreign force.
Khamenei stated that “Israel made a huge mistake and will pay for it,” during a televised address read by a State TV anchor.

“People will not forget the blood of martyrs and the attack on their territory,” he said, referencing the ongoing Israeli strikes on Iranian territory. “Iran will not accept an imposed peace or war.”
Addressing statements made by Donald Trump - who one day before, stated the U.S. knew where the Supreme Leader was, but that the U.S. wouldn't kill him, “at least for now,” Khamenei said: “They should know that Iran will not surrender and any US strike will have serious, irreparable consequences,” Tasnim News quoted him as saying.

Earlier, Khamenei, in a post on X, said, “In the name of God, the battle begins.” In another post, he said Iran “must give a strong response to the terrorist Zionist regime. We will show the Zionists no mercy.”
Khamenei's warning comes on the heels of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, announcing that hypersonic Fattah-1 missiles were utilized in their most recent strike on Israel, in "Operation Honest Promise 3." The IRGC also reported, that they launched a "swarm of drones" on Israel-Iranian state media claimed to have "gained total control of the skies of the occupied lands."
Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes targeted places in Tehran early in the morning on Wednesday. The Israeli military had warned civilians in District 18 to evacuate before the strike. Iranian state news reported multiple explosions through the Capital, Piroozi area, Sabalan area, and Sayyad area.
