Khalistani organization took responsibility for the terrorist attack in Tarn Taran, FIR registered under UAPA

The news of terrorist attack has come to the fore in Punjab. Terrorists attacked Sarhali police station of Tarn Taran with a rocket launcher on Friday midnight. There was no loss of life or property in the attack. Several senior officials including Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav reached the spot and inspected the spot.
The banned Khalistani terrorist organization Sikh for Justice has claimed responsibility for the rocket attack on the police station. Please tell that the rocket fired at around one o'clock in the night hit the iron gate of the police station and fell in the evening center built in the police station. Due to this the glasses of the windows of the building were broken.
Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav said that preliminary investigation has revealed that the grenade was lobbed from the highway at around 11.22 pm last night. It hit the facility center of Sarhali police station. He said that FIR under UAPA has been registered and forensic team is examining the spot. The DGP said that it is a strategy of the neighboring country to give dangerous wounds to India. He said that Punjab Police along with BSF and Central agencies would investigate the incident.
A similar terrorist attack took place in Punjab in August as well. Then the Mohali-based headquarters of the Intelligence Department of the Punjab Police was attacked by terrorists with a Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG). Its wires were connected with Lakhbir Singh Landa, a terrorist sitting in Canada. NIA is investigating this matter. Earlier in July, a terrorist was arrested in the same area with 2.5 kg RDX and IED.
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann met Union Home Minister Amit Shah on the previous day itself. The CM raised the issue of fencing along the Punjab border in front of Shah and discussed in detail. The Chief Minister also informed that the Home Minister has also given necessary suggestions regarding the boundaries of Punjab.
