From February 25 to March 12, the Delhi Government is organizing a grand program of musical saga based on the life of Dr. Ambedkar at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi. Earlier, the Delhi government had also conducted a 10-month constitution class in schools to make the students aware of the values ​​of the constitution made by Dr. Ambedkar.

According to the 2011 Census data, 28.12 lakh (16.75 per cent) of Delhi's total population of 1.67 crore are scheduled castes, out of which only 82,183 people live in the Delhi countryside or rural areas. The literacy rate of Scheduled Castes in Delhi (78.89%) is lower than Delhi's average literacy rate of 86.20% but higher than the national average (63.07%).

The Delhi government has been making budget provision for the development of these scheduled castes in proportion to their population under the Scheduled Caste Special Component (SCSP). In the year 2015-16, out of the total allocation of Rs 19,000 crore, the government had allocated Rs 3470 crore (18.27%) for scsp. In 2019-20, this amount was 19.19% of the total pass budget.

Delhi government documents show that the Delhi government, which talks about Dr. Ambedkar, is very backward in the development of Ambedkar's society, scheduled castes. In the last five years, both the budget and expenditure of the Delhi government have increased tremendously.
