Karan Johar Reacts to Winning National Film Award: On Tuesday, the 70th National Film Award took place which was attended by Karan Johar and Ayan Mukerji. Both received a lot of awards for their iconic film Brahmastra. Karan Johar also shared a picture with Mukerji on social media after the win. He also thanked the audience for their love and support.
In the caption of the post shared by Karan Johar, he wrote, “Every time I step onto this stage, it’s always a different feeling of magic. But there’s one feeling that always remains - gratitude. Thank you @mib_india for the constant support & strength for our film fraternity to tell stories and bring it to the people of our nation. And thank you to the audience, for the bountiful love that you shower. This is the third time for me on stage, and the magnanimity of it all is not lost on me. And what a day to celebrate - since today also marks 44 years of @dharmamovies!”

Referring to Mukerji, he also noted that may Brahmastra be “etched in history.”
Tagging all the team members, Johar also thanked the team members for their support and noted that because of them it was possible.
The Fantasy-action film Brahmastra won awards such as Best Film in AVGC (Animation, Visual Effects Gaming and Comic), and Best Music Director(Songs, Pritam). Arijit Singh also won an award for Best Male Playback Singer for Kesariya.
