Kanpur News: In the name of doubling the money in Kanpur, cheating... 3 thousand people across the country were cheated of 2 thousand crores

You will remember Akshay Kumar's film 'Phir Hera Pheri', in which cheating was shown on the pretext of doubling the amount in 21 days. One such case has come to the fore in Kanpur. The police have arrested four such accused, who used to cheat in the name of doubling the money. The accused made a victim of fraud in the name of doubling the amount of 3 crores from the shoe trader. The arrested accused have cheated about 2 thousand crores from 3 thousand people in different cities of the country.

Surveillance team of Kanpur DCP West BBGTS Moorthy has arrested four accused including a woman from Bangalore. The accused had opened a fake firm in the name of Ambient Marketing Pvt Ltd. This company used to do the work of doubling the amount in four months. A shoe trader living in Kanpur was cheated of three crores. The shoe trader had complained of cheating in the Bajaria police station. The Bajaria police had gone to Bengaluru to nab the accused after registering a case.

The accused running the fake company were absconding after cheating. There are 6 cases registered against the four accused in different police stations of Bangalore. In Bengaluru, 3000 people have given applications in a single case. In Bangalore, ED has attached assets worth about 70 crores of Ambient Marketing Private Limited Company.
