Kanhaiyalal Murder Case: Pak connection of Kanhaiya murder case, names of 2 people of Karachi in NIA charge sheet

The Pakistani connection has been proved right in the Kanhaiyalal murder case, which was famous in the country. In the charge sheet presented by the NIA, two people from Pakistan have also been named as accused. In this way, 11 accused including the main accused Riyaz Mohammad and Gaus Mohammad have come forward. In the charge sheet presented in the special court of Jaipur on Thursday, the NIA told the special court that Kanhaiyalal's murder was a purely terrorist incident, which was done to spread fear across the country.

Apart from the nine accused from Udaipur, the NIA has also made two people living in Karachi city of Pakistan as accused. However, he is currently out of the grip of NIA. At present, it is not clear what was the role of the Pakistani accused in the murder of Kanhaiyalal. However, it was clear that these accused were administrators of several groups on internet media and used to send inflammatory messages. The other nine accused in the Kanhaiyalal murder case were also involved in these groups.

The accused in the Kanhaiyalal murder case worked on a terrorist module. All these radicals were inspired by the objectionable audio/video/messages coming from all over the world including India by being associated with Tablighi Samaj. Mohammad Gaus and Riyaz Mohammad had arranged knives and other weapons to carry out the crime in a gruesome manner. After the attack, both the accused took responsibility for the massacre and its video was also viral on the internet media.
