Kangana Ranaut vs Javed Akhtar - Arrest Warrant Against Kangana Ranaut if she fails to appear on September 20

As per akhtar's complaint, Ranaut had during her interview with Republic TV editor in Chief , Arnab Goswami allegedly commented that Akhtar was a part of the" Bollywood suicide gang".

Javed Akhtar had accused kangana for defaming his reputation in an interview.Akhtar had also said that the allegations on him is completely false and vague.Kangana Ranaut has missed her eight hearings while Javed Akhtar on the other side was there in all his hearings.

Ranaut's lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui has said that the actor has been travelling and promoting her films and due to her work commitments she has been meeting a lot of people and is showing covid symptoms.

The advocate also said that the material evidence was not provided by the Javed Akhtar .He argued that the evidence was provided by a third party.Akhtar's lawyer said that the actor was trying to delay the proceedings despite several warnings.
