The Chief Minister is responsible for the circumstances that have arisen now. If the Chief Minister is eager to buy 80 decimils of land, what will the public do? When the MLAs went to Raipur, he said that the party's trust should not be lost from its MLAs. No Bharatiya Janata Party leader has made any contact with JMM and Congress. Hemant Soren should resign.

The government has decided to convene a special session of the Legislative Assembly in view of the situation in Jharkhand for the last one week due to the end of the legislature of Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The decision was taken at a meeting of the State Council of Ministers on Thursday. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Alamgir Alam said that the special meeting would be an extension of the monsoon session. It is noteworthy that the special session of the Legislative Assembly was adjourned a day before the scheduled date. According to Alam, the current political uncertainty situation will be discussed during this period and the government will gain the confidence of the House.
To deal with the silence of the Raj Bhavan over the letter of the Election Commission, a strategy to win the trust vote has been devised. Before the session, all the MLAs of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and Congress, who were in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, will return to Ranchi. At present, a total of 33 MLAs are camping in the five-star Mayfair resort of Raipur. The ruling party argues that this has been done to keep the legislators united. On the other hand, on Thursday, the ruling party also put pressure on the Jharkhand Raj Bhavan to clarify the decision of the Election Commission.
A UPA delegation met Governor Ramesh Bais. During this, referring to the news coming in the media, the leaders urged that the Governor should clarify the situation. Jharkhand Mukti Morcha Central Committee member Supriyo Bhattacharya, who returned after the meeting, claimed that the Governor has assured to clarify the situation in two days. The Governor has also informed that the intention has come from the Election Commission regarding the complaint made by Chief Minister Hemant Soren regarding the membership of the Legislative Assembly.
On the other hand, Chief Whip of the opposition party in the Assembly Biranchi Narayan said that the Election Commission is the highest constitutional body. It is not right to question it. Amidst the questions being raised on the membership of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, he has termed the allegations being made by the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha as false. Biranchi Narayan told reporters at Project Bhawan that the leaders of the Grand Alliance have met the Governor and expressed their views. The Bharatiya Janata Party never wants to destabilize the government. The party wants the government to run and do its job.
