JEE Mains 2025 Live Updates: JEE Main 2025 January 22 exam is being held for candidates seeking admission into BE/BTech programs. JEE Main 2025 January 22 shift 1 exam is now ongoing and will end at 12 noon.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the JEE Main 2025 Day 1 examination today, January 22.
On the first day, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will hold the JEE Main paper 1 (BE/BTech) exam in two shifts.
Shift 1: From 9 am to 12 pm.
Shift 2: From 3 pm to 6 pm.
The exam is scheduled for January 22, 23, 24, 28, 29 (paper 1) and January 30 (paper 2, BArch/BPlanning). Admit cards for the first three days have been released at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Candidates should ensure that the question paper displayed on the computer screen is the same as the opted subject and medium. If there is any error, they should inform the invigilator immediately.

Candidates need to reach the exam centre as per the reporting time mentioned on the admit cards. They must follow the dress code and exam day instructions.
When will NTA announce the JEE Main 2025 result for session 1 exams?
NTA has announced the JEE Main 2025 Result date session 1.
According to the schedule, NTA will declare the JEE Main Result 2025 by February 12.
Candidates need to use the JEE Mains Result login at jeemain.nta.nic.in using their application number and password/date of birth to check their JEE Main session 1 result 2025.
Along with the result, NTA will also announce the percentile score of candidates in each subject and in aggregate.

JEE Main January 22 Exam Day Guidelines
Candidates are advised to report at the allotted JEE Main 2025 exam centre well on time i.e. 02 hours before the commencement of the examination.
Each candidate will be allotted a seat indicating Roll Number as mentioned on the admit card. Candidates should only find and sit in their allocated seats.
Additionally, candidates MUST carry the following documents on the day of examination at the test centre:
A printed copy of the JEE Main 2025 session 1 admit card, along with the Self Declaration (Undertaking) form downloaded from the NTA website, must be presented.
Ensure that it is a clear printout on A4-sized paper and duly completed.
One passport-size photograph, identical to the one uploaded in the online application form, for affixing in the designated space on the attendance sheet at the JEE Mains examination centre.
Any one of the authorised photo identification documents. This must be an original, valid, and unexpired ID.
Acceptable forms include - school Identity Card, PAN Card, Driver’s License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar Card, E-Aadhaar, Ration Card, Class 12 Board Admit Card (with photograph), or Bank Passbook (with photograph).
If applicable, carry the PwD/PwBD certificate issued by an authorized medical officer, to avail of relaxation under the PwD/PwBD category.
Alternatively, if claiming specific accommodations due to physical limitations, present the relevant PwD/PwBD certificate regarding the necessity for alternative examination conditions.
A simple transparent ballpoint pen is required for use during the examination.
