The highly anticipated JEE Advanced Examination which serves as an entrance examination for admission to prestigious Engineering Institutions was scheduled to be held on Sunday, July 3 this year. But now, conducting the examination on the same day won’t be possible to organize. This is because the National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the JEE Mains for June and July. The Advanced Examination is conducted after the aspirants clear the Mains Round.
Due to that, there will be an inevitable delay in JEE Advanced 2022 Revised Schedule. The updated dates of the Joint Entrance Examination i.e. JEE Advanced 2022 will be pushed forward by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. An announcement in this regard is likely to be made by IIT Bombay soon.
It is not possible to conduct JEE Advanced exam till both the stages of JEE Main examinations are completely settled and JEE Main result, as well as the ScoreCard, is released by the NTA. The reason for this is that JEE Advanced can be given only by those who have made it to the top 2,50,000 ranks in the JEE Main exam.
It is anticipated that IIT Bombay will now have to revise the dates of JEE Advanced and release the new schedule soon.
