Bihar News : JDU's lone MLA in Arunachal Pradesh joins BJP, JP Nadda was also present
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had recently joined the Rashtriya Janata Dal by breaking his alliance with the BJP, and formed a new government. Since this episode, the leaders of both the parties are not leaving any chance to take a dig at each other.

The BJP party has given a big shocked to Nitish Kumar's party JDU, which left the BJP and formed the government with RJD in Bihar. Teki Kaso, the lone JDU MLA in Arunachal Pradesh, on Thursday met party president J. Officially joined BJP along with his supporters in the presence of P. Nadda. Many Zilla Parishad presidents and members also joined the BJP in Arunachal Pradesh. Welcoming him into the party, Nadda said in a tweet that the joining of Kaso and other leaders would further strengthen the organization.
Nadda said, "All leaders will take BJP's development journey to new heights by discharging their role in the development of the state." Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar-led JDU had fielded candidates on 15 seats in the 2019 Arunachal Pradesh Assembly elections, out of which the party won 7 seats. It had emerged as the second largest party in the state after BJP. BJP had won the maximum 41 seats.
However, on 25 December 2020, 6 JDU MLAs joined the BJP. Opposition Congress and BJP's ally National People's Party (NPP) have 4 each in the assembly, while 3 MLAs are independents, supporting the ruling party.
