Janmashtami Special: Prabhas & Pooja Hegde Treat Fans With New Radhe Shyam Poster

On the occasion of Janmashtami, actors Prabhas and Pooja Hedge treated fans with a new Radhe Shyam poster. It is one of the much-awaited releases starring the duo in the leading roles. The film is directed by Radha Krishnakumar.

On their social media pages, both Prabhas and Pooja shared the beautiful poster. In the poster, the duo looks every bit royal, dressed up to perfection and are playing the piano. To stay true to the Radhe Shyam title, there are lots of peacock features engraved on Pooja's blue dress.

The Babubali actor captioned the poster, "Celebrate Janmashtami with this gorgeous poster brought to you by yours truly, #RadheShyam."

About the film, director Radha Krishnakumar shared in a statement, "We have left no stone unturned in ensuring that we bring audiences a theatrical experience they won't forget. Radhe Shyam comes to theatres on 14th January 2022 and we are so excited to present the poster of the film on a special day like Janmashtami."

Meanwhile, the film was earlier supposed to release on July 30, 2021. However, it got delayed due to the pandemic and will now hit the theatre screens on January 14, 2022.

Earlier, about the film, Pooja told IANS, "The film is a very mature love story I would say.It’s quite interesting to see Prabhas do a romantic film after so much action. For me, myself, I don’t think I have not done a proper love story in a long time. So, it’s exciting for me."

Along with Radhe Shyam, Pooja Hedge also has Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali alongside Salman Khan, Cirkus with Ranveer Singh and Beast with Thalapathy Vijay. On the other hand, Prabhas will be seen in Adipurush, which also stars Saif Ali Khan. The actor also has Salaar and an untitled film with Deepika Padukone.
