Madurai bun butter toast

Ingredients: Bun - 1, butter - as much as you'd like, coconut sugar - (gauge sweetness), milk - 3/4 cup

The preparation: Take the bun and cut it through the centre. Smear butter on both insides and on the tops and the bottoms of the halves. Sprinkle coconut sugar in between and on top. Now, place it in a pan with little butter and toast on both sides. Once the bun gets nice colour, pour in the milk around the bun and turn up the heat. Let the buttered and sugared bun soak in bubbling milk until the liquid goes away completely from the pan.
