An IED weighing around 25 to 30 kg has been recovered near Tahab crossing on Circular Road in Pulwama by police and security forces. A major incident has been averted due to the discovery of this IED. This information has also been given by ADGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar.

A few days back, terrorists had carried out a grenade attack in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. One migrant laborer was killed in this attack, while two other laborers were injured. This information was given by the Jammu and Kashmir Police. The injured laborers were admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The laborer killed in the grenade attack was identified as Mohammad Mumtaz, a resident of Sakwa Parsa in Bihar. At the same time, both the injured laborers were identified as Mohammad Arif and Mohammad Majbool, residents of Rampur in Bihar.

Kashmir zone police had tweeted, "Terrorists hurled grenades at workers from outside in Gadoora area of ​​Pulwama. One worker was killed, while two others were injured in this terror incident."
