Jahangirpuri Ruckus: VHP- Bajrang Dal awaits Trouble after a Case Filed against them for these Acts
The Jahangirpuri Violence Case which stirred a communal backlash across country witnessed a major development, after the Delhi Police after the Delhi Police registered a case against the Vishva Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal.

New Delhi: The Jahangirpuri Violence Case which stirred a communal backlash across country witnessed a major development, after the Delhi Police after the Delhi Police registered a case against the Vishva Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal. As per the official sources these groups indulged in the procession on account of Hanuman Jayanti without any kind of prior permission. In regards to that, Prem Sharma, Jila Sewa Pramukh-Vishwa Hindu Parishad has been arrested.
As per the DCP New Delhi, Usha Rangnani, the procession was taken on the 16th of April without prior permission from the officials. Because of this, the stone pelting became so unprecedented and uncontrollable.
According to the Police, 22 accused have been arrested, in which the prime accused has been identified as Ansar. Apart from him, the 36-year-old accused, Sheikh Hameed, is a scrap dealer. In further investigation, he disclosed that he had supplied bottles that were used for pelting during the Jahangirpuri Violence.
