Jacqueline tried to flee the country, deleted data from her mobilephone, ED's claim in court
Jacqueline Fernandez's lawyer said that Jacqueline's name has been included in the supplementary chargesheet. The court ordered the ED to give copies of the charge sheet to all the accused. The court also said that the interim relief given to Jacqueline will continue till the next hearing.

There has been a big disclosure in the ED's protest letter filed on the regular bail of actress Jacqueline Fernandes. The ED says that Jacqueline tampered with the evidence during the investigation. He had deleted the data from the mobile. Jacqueline had also tried to escape from the country during the investigation, but could not succeed due to the issue of LOC.
The ED said that Jacqueline never cooperated in the investigation, even when she admitted to being interrogated by showing evidence or sitting in front of other accused. The ED told the court that Jacqueline's behavior during the investigation did not go well, she could damage the evidence and witnesses.
With the arguments, the ED filed its reply in the Patiala Court and opposed the bail to Jacqueline. Earlier, during the hearing on the bail plea of actress Jacqueline Fernandes in Delhi's Patiala House Court, the ED sought time to file its reply. The court asked the ED whether you gave the copy of the charge sheet to all the accused. Jacqueline's lawyer said that the ED told the court that she would give a copy of the chargesheet, but even after that she did not get it.
