After forcing Prime Minister Narendra Modi to withdraw the three farm laws in the parliament, farmers’ leader Rakesh Tikait is now attacking the BJP and UP Chief Minister Yogi for spreading communalism in the country.
When the election process is going on in the state of Uttar Pradesh Tikait has asked people to decide if they want "second Kim Jong Un.
He has attacked both the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh on various occasions for trying to polarise the current election by raising communal issues.
"People have to decide whether they want a Chief Minister and Prime Minister who represent the masses or whether they want a situation like (North Korea) - a second Kim Jong,” Tikait asked the voters.
He said that people do not want a government in any state which functions in a dictatorial way and not in a democratic way.
He appealed to people to cast their vote in a wise manner and not choose people who try to polarise votes in the name of the religion.
Earlier, he had said that those people who are talking about Hindus and Muslims instead of development issues will lose the election.
Tikait said, "Western Uttar Pradesh wants to talk about development. Those talking about Hindu, Muslim, Jinnah, religion will lose votes. Muzaffarnagar is not a stadium for Hindu-Muslim matches."
Highlighting the farmers’ issues he said that the farmer of this country is not concerned about Hindu or Muslim but he is concerned about real issues like electricity and water.
