Istanbul Bomb Attack : Istanbul bombings suspect arrested, 6 killed in attack

The Supreme Council of Radio and Television has imposed such restrictions in the past after attacks and accidents. Istanbul Governor Ali Erlikaya said on Twitter that the injured were being treated. Istanbul Bomb Attack : Istanbul bombings suspect arrested, 6 killed in attack

The suspect who exploded in Istanbul has been arrested by the police. According to the state-run Anadolu agency, Interior Minister Suleiman Soylu gave this information on Monday. An explosion occurred on Sunday on a busy shopping street in Istanbul, Turkey. According to Reuters, six people have died and 81 have been injured in this attack. A video also surfaced on Twitter. In which the explosion was clearly seen. In the footage, many people were seen walking on the famous Istiklal shopping street. A few seconds later, it exploded and a loud bang was heard.

The area where the blast took place is surrounded by avenues, shops and restaurants. It is usually crowded as it is very popular among tourists and locals. At the same time, only after getting information about the blast, the local police had cordoned off the entire area. Simultaneously, on the basis of the footage of the CCTV cameras installed nearby, efforts were made to identify the attackers. A large number of security forces have been deployed at the blast site after the incident.

Ali Mustafa, a senior journalist from Istanbul, said they were a short distance from the scene. He had told from Istqlal Main Street of Susane Metro that he had heard the sound of the blast. The blast came from Susanne's downhill side. There are embassies near the spot. There was an atmosphere of tension after the blast. The blast was targeted. The Turkish media watchdog has temporarily suspended reporting on the blast. After this ban, no broadcaster will be able to release the video.
