Iraqi security forces killed five ISIS militants and captured three others in Salahuddin province. Iraqi army has given this information. The Iraqi Defense Ministry said in a statement on Friday that Iraqi warplanes carried out air strikes on ISIS targets in the province, killing five militants. After the three other terrorists were caught alive, other information is being taken from them. Now they will be punished severely.
A provincial security source said the airstrike targeted an ISIS base in the Tuz Khumarto area in the eastern part of the province. On the basis of intelligence inputs, the army made a plan on this area and attacked at the appropriate time. Meanwhile, the Iraqi Joint Operations Command's media office said in a statement that an Interior Ministry intelligence force captured three suspected ISIS militants in the Tarmiyah area, about 30 kilometers north of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.
