Interim bail extended in Jacqueline Fernandez money laundering case, hearing to be held again on Tuesday

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez's interim bail in money laundering case has been extended. The hearing on regular bail will be held again on Tuesday. Jacqueline is an accused in the money laundering case of ₹ 200 crore. Delhi's Patiala Court had reserved the decision after hearing. During the hearing on Thursday, Jacqueline's lawyer told the court that she was cooperating in the investigation. Enforcement Directorate is harassing them in this case. At the same time, after hearing the argument of ED, the court had said that this is the process of investigating the investigating agency. After this, Jacqueline's regular bail was demanded which the ED opposed.

In the Sukesh Chandrasekhar money laundering case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) presented a charge sheet against Jacqueline Fernandez. The ED has named him as an accused in its charge sheet. The Economic Offenses Wing of Delhi Police has also questioned actress Nora Fatehi in Sukesh Chandrashekhar's Rs 200 crore fraud case.

According to the police, it was Pinky Irani who made Sukesh Chandrashekhar meet Jacqueline. Pinky Irani said that Jacqueline knew that Sukesh Chandrashekhar was lodged in Delhi's Tihar Jail in a cheating case of Rs 200 crore. Even after this, Jacqueline took gifts from him. However, Jacqueline has said that Pinky is lying and she had no idea.

EOW had recovered a Ducati bike from Jacqueline Fernandez's manager Prashant. The price of this bike is 8 lakh rupees. This bike was given by Sukesh Chandrashekhar to Prashant with the money of fraud. In February 2021, Sukesh gave this bike to Jacqueline's manager.
