Jacqueline is an accused in the money laundering case of ₹ 200 crore. Delhi's Patiala Court had reserved the decision after hearing. During the hearing on Thursday, Jacqueline's lawyer told the court that she was cooperating in the investigation. Enforcement Directorate is harassing them in this case. At the same time, after hearing the argument of ED, the court had said that this is the process of investigating the investigating agency. After this, Jacqueline's regular bail was demanded which the ED opposed.

EOW had recovered a Ducati bike from Jacqueline Fernandez's manager Prashant. The price of this bike is 8 lakh rupees. This bike was given by Sukesh Chandrashekhar to Prashant with the money of fraud. In February 2021, Sukesh gave this bike to Jacqueline's manager.
